The HIMSS South Carolina Chapter offers an annual scholarship to students and we invite you to be part of it by joining us for the Annual Fall Golf Tournament & Scholarship Fundraiser. Whether you want to be a sponsor to help fund the event and join in the golf or an individual that wants to join in the golf action, we want to invite you to join us.



Healthcare organization employees and students play FREE which includes golf, food, and drinks, whether you are a SCHIMSS member or not.

Check in, grab a cup of coffee, enjoy light breakfast offerings, and connect with fellow attendees.

10:00 – 10:45 AM | Education Session #1

CEU-qualified educational session.

10:45 – 11:00 AM | Networking Break

11:00 – 11:45 AM | Education Session #2 — Lunch & Learn

Enjoy lunch while participating in our second CEU-qualified educational session.

11:45 AM – 12:15 PM | Golf Prep & Team Up

Get ready for the afternoon, meet your teammates, and make your way to your golf carts.

Not a Golfer? No Problem!

Non-golfers are welcome to join us for the day! Enjoy cornhole, music, lunch, networking, and great conversations while the golfers are on the course.ses like "for a limited time only" or "only 7 remaining!"

Please mark your calendar for the opening of the 2026 Fall Scholarship Application. This scholarship program supports the pipeline of highly qualified individuals pursuing careers in healthcare information technology in the state of South Carolina. This program is open to students enrolled in accredited South Carolina undergraduate or graduate programs in health management, health information technology, management programs with a health focus, or technology programs with a health focus.
