Your daily exercise & cricket activity (workload) will be measured and will be given a plan till the next session.
We will aim to help you as much as we can and take your game to the next level by the end of this programme.
All the Sessions will be delivered via zoom .
Session will be based on your Technical, Mental, Physical & Tactical skills.
Each session will be 60-90 minutes long once or twice a week .
Junior online programme have 6 - 8 or 10 sessions .
Adult online programme have 7 - 9 - 12 sessions.
