During the event, guests heard from Jasmine, a young woman who with the help of Pacific Clinics, is now nearly three years sober, living in her own apartment and attending college.

Shawn M. Caracoza Named President/Chief Operations Officer 

As part of long-term leadership planning, Pacific Clinics’ Board of Directors named Chief Executive Officer Kathy McCarthy’s successor upon her retirement at the end of 2027, President/Chief Operations Officer Shawn M. Caracoza. With over 30 years of experience, including nearly 19 years at the agency, Shawn has been instrumental in planning for and shaping future growth.

In recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month, CBS Bay Area spoke with Executive Director of Statewide Enhanced Care Management and Community Supports Rachelle Grant about access to care and the barriers community members face.

Pacific Clinics has achieved the Platinum Seal of Transparency rating on Candid (formerly GuideStar), the world’s largest source of information on nonprofit organizations. This rating places our agency in the top 0.1% of charities nationally in terms of transparency.

We’ve launched the Norma Jean Campaign to Transform Hollygrove in celebration of what would have been her 100th birthday, with a goal of raising $100,000 to strengthen and expand our mental and behavioral health programs.
