"My eCoach has changed the way I teach, manage my classroom, parents and students. Parents can check their child's homework and know what their child learned in my class on a particular day. Students can download homework or worksheets they missed while absent. I put many helpful hints and valuable information for all my shareholders. I'm in the process of turning my classes into a paperless system. Everything I need is available to me here on My eCoach." George Fatolitis, Science Middle School Teacher Pinellas County Schools, FL
"My eCoach is an amazing resource. There are many features which are extremely beneficial to a site leader. I feel more empowered to develop resources for my staff." Christina Calabrese, Principal, Valley Center Primary, Valley Center, CA |

Greetings!
School is coming to a close in the US and other parts of the Northern Hemisphere. That doesn't mean learning has to stop. In fact, we are learning so much from people around the world who are sharing that teaching and learning is changing. We always knew learning had to start with the learner and that learners would self-organize their learning that we trademarked "Making Learning Personal" long ago. Check out some new resources, projects, and tips to start personalizing learning.
The sun is shining here in California! Wishing you blooming flowers and pleasant weather in your part of the world! Enjoy!

7 Questions to ask about BYOD Program

Think about your school and trying to set up a 1:1 program. Look at your students. Look at your staff. Consider how you are currently maintaining and managing your technology. All or most of your teachers and students have smartphones or some type of mobile device. Before your school decides to implement BYOD, ask your teachers, students, and parents these questions: - Is your school looking to cut costs?
- Do you have tech-savvy teachers who are creative and are more the "guide on the side" type of people?
- How many of your teachers and students own a mobile device?
- What types of projects or lessons are teachers doing that includes technology?
- What does professional development look like when everyone is using different mobile devices?
- What is the different role of the teacher in a BYOD school?
- So what does the BYOD classroom look like?
