The STAR Of Marketing

Study after study on successful email marketing all come to the same conclusion. While such factors as email look, content, subject line, from address, timing and call to action all have some impact on the success of an email campaign; the realty is they are “minor success determiners.” The “main success determiner” – by as much as 90% of total success determination – is relevance.

In other words: Send the right email promotion to the right client – even if the promo is ugly, has a bad description line, is poorly designed, etc. etc. – and your success rate will climb dramatically!
