TRES DAY CAMPS/ Update

Our first Day Camp (Atlanta) was a huge success!

Here are some of the responses from our survey question: What was your favorite part of the day:

I don't know if I can exactly pinpoint my favorite part of the day. I am just so excited about the product itself and how much easier and more efficient it is going to make my life.

Learning new things that Tres offers and getting excited about how much easier it will be for us!

Seeing a live demo of the program and being able to ask any questions. Hearing everyone's questions really helped define the product.

Tres Day camp is a deep dive into Tres covering topics such as Workflow Dashboards, Production Dashboards, Profiles, Trips (Rescards), Payments, Bank Management, Reports, our new Client Intake Form and much, much more!

Day Camp will be from 9am to 5pm local time.

Lunch will be provided as part of a $50.00 registration fee.

Important note - Camps will be limited to the first 100 registrants for each city.

Why Should I Test Tres Now?

Getting to know Tres through testing is a great way for your agency to improve product adoption. You have the option to either examine your existing Trams and/or ClientBase database on Tres or begin with a new one. This presents an excellent opportunity to test out Tres' features and functionality and determine if it truly meets your agency's requirements. We highly value any feedback you may have for product enhancement. By becoming familiar with the product, you will be well-prepared for the conversion process.

Should you choose to convert your existing Trams and/or ClientBase database, you can continue to use these products during the testing phase of Tres. When you are prepared to make the full switch to Tres, we will convert your data once more. Rest assured that you can freely experiment with your data in Tres without permanently overwriting it until the final conversion. We highly encourage you to push Tres to its limits by adding, editing, voiding, moving, importing, and exporting your data.
