MCHC STAFF HONORED FOR IMMUNIZATION EFFORTS

MCHC's Immunization Team aced its recent Vaccines for Children, NH Immunization Program 2017 compliance site visit. We passed with flying colors - 100% compliant.

Kudos to the clinical team for their ongoing effort in following vaccine protocols and providing immunizations to our patient population and for ensuring that MCHC is compliant with NH Immunization Guidelines.
The team, from left, includes immunization coordinators Michelle Liedtke, Melbeth Cayabyab, and Duryo Adhikari (not shown); as well as Vaccine Manager Rahima Ibrahimovic, Assistant Vaccine Manager Ann Lucey and Clinical Manager Kerry Roulo.

OUR LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM GRADUATES
Manchester Community Health Center celebrates the graduation of two employees from the 2017 Leadership Development Program of the Bi-State Primary Care Association. MCHC Operations Director Alma Kurtovic (pictured) and Revenue Cycle Manager Crystal Daigle were honored, along with 18 other graduates, at the 2017 Primary Care Conference on May 9 at Lake Morey Resort in Fairlee, Vermont.
The Leadership Development Program was established in 2009 to offer Community Health Center staff an interactive learning environment designed to build knowledge and skills in health center finance, strategic planning, effective leadership, grassroots advocacy, data utilization and workforce development. Graduates earn a Certificate in Community Health Leadership after attending six, day-long workshops held at different health centers in New Hampshire and Vermont, state houses and other locations over the course of nine months.
