Team Spotlight: Meet our Project Coordinator, Sabrina Lacayo!

This October, we’re introducing you to the person who helps us keep projects running smoothly and clients supported: meet Sabrina, our Project Coordinator!

Sabrina graduated from UC Irvine with a degree in Informatics and a specialization in Human-Computer Interaction. Her passion for helping others began as a Resident Advisor, where she loved building supportive communities.

That passion led her to Varsity. She started as an intern, then became a Technical Support Specialist, and later a Field Technician, gaining hands-on experience solving complex technical challenges. With mentorship from our Project Manager, she sharpened her coordination and delivery skills and grew into the strong Project Coordinator she is today.

Outside of work, Sabrina enjoys anime, gaming, and experimenting with makeup. Known for her outgoing personality, she brings warmth and energy to every team she’s part of.

We’re lucky to have her on the team!
