Born and raised in Italy, she set out at 18 to explore the world – studying in Spain and the UK before building her international career in Amsterdam.

Naturally curious, she’s worked across industries including tech, art, fashion, travel, education and e-commerce – gaining experience in the unique worlds of startups, scale-ups, and corporates.

She began her career in marketing and communications, soon discovering a passion for sales and partnerships – where strategy meets creativity.

Today, Veronica leads teams with a human-centered, analytical approach, building structure and processes that drive growth. Known for her eye for detail and customer-focused mindset, she turns ideas into results and makes even complex projects feel effortless. Her time volunteering around the globe sparked a love for meaningful work, which continues to shape how she approaches her relationship with mission-driven work.

Outside of work, Vero is a yoga teacher, musician, and fearless explorer. She’s happiest hiking, surfing, dancing, making art, or discovering new cuisines – and she never misses a chance to let her cat steal the spotlight during video calls.
