The FFA & 4H members’ animals that are selected for the sale are the BEST of over 2,000 entries of 800 exhibitors shown at NWDJLS. These students have worked every day for months feeding, washing, exercising and practicing with their animals. Making the sale is the highest honor they can receive.

The Premium Sale with take place Monday, March 4th at the Chisholm Trail Expo Coliseum. Buyers' Dinner - sponsored by Jumbo Foods and the Exhibitor Dinner- Sponsored by KFC of Enid will begin at 5:30pm, award presentations will begin at 6:20pm and the Premium Sale Auction will begin at 6:45pm. Officials of the show have executed a new online registration platform. All buyers will register electronically prior to the auction. Volunteers will be on hand during the dinner to assist with registration.

Enid Day at the Capitol will be held on Tuesday, March 5th at the John D. Groendyke Wildlife Building located at 1801 North Lincoln Boulevard in Oklahoma City. Legislators, state agency officials and staff will be in attendance at the meet and greet continental breakfast which will begin at 8:30 a.m.

Vance Air Force Base (VAFB) has a tremendous impact on Enid’s economy. A large part of the base’s population consists of enlisted personnel. On Saturday, April 27, 2024 the Greater Enid Chamber of Commerce Military Affairs Committee will host this group for Enlisted Appreciation Night. Recognized by the Air Force as one of the finest displays of appreciation for enlisted personnel, the event demonstrates commitment and support for VAFB and helps acquaint military personnel with the Enid business community.
