Happy New Year to all of Hospice of Santa Barbara’s wonderful friends and supporters!

If you’re still deciding on a 2019 resolution that will make a real impact, I would encourage you to consider getting involved with a very special program at HSB.

We are currently seeking adult mentors for our  I Have a Friend  program, which matches adults who lost a parent or sibling as a child with a child facing a similar loss. I’ve seen firsthand the profound impact this program can have on a young person’s life. Having a mentor who can truly relate to the feelings they’re experiencing can make all the difference in the world.

HSB will be hosting mentor training sessions starting later this month. To learn more and apply, please call (805) 563-8820. We hope to hear from you!
