AIA Louisiana Rolls Out New Tech

NEW TECHNOLOGY

AIA Louisiana is excited to share some new developments for 2025! We are transitioning to a new association management software that will also host the website, much of the e-commerce, sponsorships, and events. The new format and system for these should bring our member experience to the next level and offer a wealth of on-line options for things that had to be done manually to this point.

In addition, we are also incorporating an event app this year that promises to allow us to move the continuing education reporting by members after AIA LA sessions to a digital format. No more paper rustling for the last ten minutes of sessions! We hope to do a soft launch/beta test of this with Celebrate Architecture and move to the full launch for the Conference in September!

While all of this is exciting and we are all thrilled for the efficiency and opportunities it brings, we all know it can come with its fair share of challenges. We ask for patience as this rolls out and with staff as the extra work becomes heightened during this transition.
