Aspirus will go-live on Nov. 1 with Infor CloudSuite’s Financial and Supply Management (FSM) system to replace Lawson S3 with a more modern platform. This major implementation also involves Epic-related changes, including the consolidation of the Chargemaster (CDM) that contains the codes used for billing and charging for services. | |
Here is an update on some of the activities related to this implementation:
- Implementation details and impacts are being integrated into leadership meetings and committees as of July 24 to support the cascading of information across teams.
- Overview sessions started on July 31 for team members who order supplies. These sessions will continue throughout August and offer a preview of the updated processes, workflows and platform.
- The intranet now features a new page dedicated to the Epic-related changes associated with the Infor FSM Implementation. It provides an overview of the changes that will result from the consolidation of our Chargemaster in Epic and additional details will continue to be added.
- Training is being developed for late September and October and will be tailored to team members’ roles, impact and application usage.
Updates, including training details, will be provided regularly leading up to the Nov. 1 go-live. You can always find the most up-to-date information about the Infor FSM implementation on the intranet. Look for the home page banner or the link within the “Key Initiatives” menu.
