Hello Friends, We were out of the store yesterday and enjoyed a little time at home catching up on Spring Projects. I have started moving some plants outside and doing some antenna work too.
The store being closed yesterday didn't really seem to slow the orders down though. Our biggest seller this weekend so far is the Yaesu FT-991A. I can see why. This rig does it all. HF, VHF, UHF. It even does C4FM. Yaesu's system fusion is really growing on me. I have to admit I am slow to change. I really didnt like the digital sound at first. After a couple of years now I have a Wires X repeater up. I have Yaesu Mobiles and HT's everywhere and just set up a Yaesu Personal Digital Node (PDN) so I can stay connected to the folks back home on the repeater when I am away. It really is pretty slick.
