Petit Crest Owners Want to KNOW!

Here is the latest information about your 2023 maintenance fees and renovation fees:

2023 Maintenance Fee includes taxes, reserves and maintenance = $918.00
due January 1st and EXTENDED deadline for payment with NO LATE fees --
February 15, 2023

The $500 renovation fees for 2023 will be the same as last year:
$250.00 due March 1st, 2023
$250.00 due September 1st, 2023

The renovation costs exceeded our original estimates because of labor and material increases in the marketplace. We must get the renovations done in order to compete in the sales and rental arenas!



2023 Petit Crest News

We closed out the year of 2022 with a blast - -a blast of cold Arctic air that had average temperatures for 3 days in the single digits! Christmas Eve all of Big Canoe woke up with single digit temperatures, power outages, and frozen water lines! Fortunately, we were able to minimize our damages because we were prepared -- we dripped the faucets and opened cabinet doors. Even that was not enough to completely save us from broken pipes because several of the Villas were without power during those 3 days!

A big shout out to our staff that went above and beyond to all pitch in and help! Big Canoe was gracious to open up the Canoe Lodge with food and warmth for those that were without power on Christmas, and the Wellness Center was available for people without water to shower! Luckily, we only had to move our owners and guests to other Villas at Petit Crest. Most everyone was nice and understanding!

Internal Swaps at Petit Crest

As you know, you still may "swap" your week at Petit Crest for a $150 fee to another week at Petit Crest based on availability. You can also rent a week at Petit Crest (available from Petit Crest rental inventory) for the maintenance fees plus taxes and service fee.

If you aren't planning on using your week at Petit Crest, consider the VRI rental program. Visit our website www.petitcrestvillas.com, Owners tab, and download Vacation Resorts International Rental Agreement Packet. You only have to complete it one time, and let us know what year(s) you want to rent!

Monthly Payments Option for Petit Crest Owners


We are happy to take your payment by Visa, Mastercard, or Discover if you call VRI Owner Services at 1(949)-855-8004. If you want to send a check, please make it payable to PETIT CREST and send it to VRI Americas, 25510 Commerce Centre Drive, Suite 100, Lake Forest, CA 92630.
Please be sure and put your week and unit number on your check -- that is your account number, i.e. 601-22.

2025 Expiration Date on Your Deed

Many owners have called about the 2025 expiration date in their deeds for Petit Crest. This is simply a date that the governing documents for Petit Crest that are recorded in Pickens County expire. All associations' documents in Georgia are required to have an expiration date. Each owner will be given an opportunity to vote for this renewal. Upon approval by the ownership in 2025, Petit Crest documents will be renewed and recorded for another 10 years.
