Why Become a SVP Partner?

SVP Partners are people who care deeply about youth in our communities. They are inspired to work collaboratively, creatively, with humility and curiosity, to realize unfulfilled potential and make a greater impact on the lives of under-resourced teens.

SVP focuses on strengthening nonprofits and building their capacity to serve youth more effectively and impactfully. Our premise is that stronger nonprofits deliver better results. By pooling both the financial gifts and the professional skills of our Partners, SVP provides  nonprofits with much needed  resources. Our shoulder-to-shoulder work with nonprofit leaders, allows SVP partners to build meaningful relationships, get-hands on through an engaged philanthropy approach and apply skills that they've honed or are learning. It is a two-way street of learning, giving and growth.

SVP creates a network of philanthropists, and together we elevate the lives of underserved teens by strengthening the nonprofits that serve them. Guided by our values of Impact, Innovation, Community and Equity, SVP addresses entrenched social problems. All we see is potential!

JOIN US! Speak to Executive Director, Ann Herzog-Olson to explore becoming a SVP Partner today. Register for New Partner orientation on Dec 12.

The SVP Community Partners Program is a three-year skills-based volunteer experience for community-minded professionals, leaders and social entrepreneurs who benefit from all aspects of being a SVP Partner. Through this program, we aim to bring in more voices from the communities that we serve and add skills that Investees need for growth. Read more about the SVP Community Partners Program and how you can nominate a qualified individual. Help us increase our impact on teens and do our work even better!
