SUSAN G. GALLAGHER JOINS BPI GROUP AS PRESIDENT & CEO
From Susan Gallagher:
I am thrilled to share that I have joined the outstanding team at BPI group as President & CEO of the U.S. Throughout my career, I have seen the power of pairing talented people with the right mission.

Today's rapid pace of change demands constant innovation and new talent strategies. From navigating the gig economy to incorporating new automated tools, the nature of work itself has changed. A new generation of millennial leaders is preparing to take the helm, and baby boomers need meaningful support in determining the next steps in their careers.

As leaders, we must empower people to learn and grow in this new world of work. We must build nimble, effective teams and get people engaged in their work. We must design our organizations and develop our people for the work of the future-and help them make the most of change when it comes.

I am proud to be on a team working to solve these challenges, and excited about learning more about the future of work. I would love to hear from you about how this evolution of work and talent has impacted you. Please reach out if you'd like to share.
