First Live Video Chat to Take Place on Thursday, June 18th
The “Business Insights” live video series will feature hosts from the WCA and Westfair Communications, interviewing business leaders from throughout the region and discussing topics related to the challenges and opportunities organizations are encountering. Episodes will stream live across social media platforms and will be available for on-demand viewing.

Maximizing Safety & Mitigating Risk of COVID-19 in Office Environments

The first video chat of the series on June 18th will feature Dr. Sherlita Amler , M.D. Commissioner of Health for Westchester County, and Peter Linn , Managing Director at Marsh, a global leader in insurance broking and risk management. They will discuss:

  • COVID-19 prevention measures businesses should implement in their offices
  • How to prepare for and address employee concerns about the virus
  • Steps to take if a known case of the virus is detected in the office

The SUNY Board of Trustees has recently named Milagros "Milly" Peña as the next president of SUNY Purchase.  Peña, a first-generation college student from New York City — Iona College Class of 1978 — will be the first Hispanic woman to lead a SUNY college. She comes into the position with more than 20 years of higher education leadership. Read More Here.
