WCA Academy Completes Successful Healthcare Analytics Course
Last month, WCA's Workforce Academy offered its popular Healthcare Analytics course taught virtually by Professor Paul Savage, adjunct at Hofstra University and CEO of Healthcare Intelligence, LLC. This five-week course was designed for healthcare managers or IT professionals with little-to-no experience with analytics. Participants learned the value of using data to make informed business decisions in the areas of operations management, planning, and strategic initiatives. WCA's Digital Committee Advocacy & Action Update
Chris Fisher, chair of WCA's digital connectivity committee, shares a brief update on the committee's meeting yesterday and their ongoing work in three key areas to help the residents of our communities and our region's recovery from the pandemic - advocacy on important legislative issues, bringing together key stakeholders and working with municipalities to improve our digital infrastructure, and bridging the digital divide in underserved communities.
