Dear TS and TOS members and friends,
Planning for the TOS Conference in Singapore is nearly complete. We'll take a look at what we've done since we last met in 2013. Did we meet our goals? We'll make plans for the future, share ideas and suggestions for productive service work and have some fun too. We just can't wait to see all of you again! You can get a sneak peek of the tentative program below.
This issue of the TOS e-newsletter contains an article written by a young TOS worker that tells of her service at the Golden Link College in the Philippines. We want to make such articles a regular addition each quarter. Are you a
young TOS worker
? Is there a young TOS worker in your midst or a student you sponsor or work with whom you'd like to recognise? Please send us items written by or about a younger person in your group or with whom your group works. Remember to include their picture.
As always, we want to know what you and your groups are doing. Please send information about your activities with good quality photos, to: nancy.tosinternational@gmail.com.
Yours in service
,

Jamshed Memorial School-Annual Function 2018
|
The TOS Pakistan's Qandeel Home Schools offer an education to girls as well as boys. This is a great service, as the girls don't always have any other opportunity for education. These home schools are supported by the TOS in Australia, New Zealand and Italy, as well as others. It costs about US$1,100 per year to support a Qandeel home school. Contact the TOS International Secretary at
nancy.tosinternational@gmail.com
, if you or your group would like to sponsor a school. TOS Pakistan also sponsors a program for Nursing students and the Jamshed Memorial Montessori School. Here is a peek at their annual function.

The work of the Theosophical Order of Service is Sacred. It was started to provide theosophical society members with a platform to put theosophical concepts into action, to make those principles concrete. Can there be anything more sacred? It is right action with love and respect, with compassion between the server and served. It is service to the living god within every being.
B.L. Bhattacharyya, President TOS India
