North Coast Small Business Pandemic Update
News
The Paycheck Protection Program to reopen for applications through August 8.

As of the original closing date - Tuesday, June 30 -, the Paycheck Protection Program had $135 -140 billion left.

The new Prioritized Paycheck Protection Program Act (P4) extends the window for business owners to apply for PPP loans to August 8, 2020. We are all awaiting further instructions from the SBA and U.S. Treasury.

In addition to the extension, P4 will decouple PPP from SBA's 7(a) lending program and MAY allow some small business borrowers to apply for a second PPP loan.

Not all lenders will choose to participate. Please visit the SBA's PPP Lender Search Tool or contact your SBDC if you need help finding a lender accepting P4 applications.
