How will Initiative 1433 affect you?
Initiative 1433 was voter approved in Fall of 2016. Effective January 1, 2018 employers will be required to provide employees with paid sick. The initiative outlines rules on accrual and usage. Read more here and be sure you are ready for the changes that are required.
