InitiativeHow will Initiative 1433 affect you?


Initiative 1433 was voter approved in Fall of 2016. Effective January 1, 2018 employers will be required to provide employees with paid sick. The initiative outlines rules on accrual and usage. Read more here and be sure you are ready for the changes that are required.

The Ant ID Lab is a very popular course for both seasoned and green technicians. Western Washington has already filled up the AM Lab, and is very close to being full in the afternoon. If you haven't registered yet, do it today!

New in 2018, the WSPMA will be able to offer more continuing education classes. In February and March there will be evening workshops available from 5:30-7:30 at Univar. Be sure to take advantage of the workshops and stay tuned for all the upcoming educational opportunities!
