UHS volunteers have provided thoughtful and meaningful support to our seniors and our organization for almost 55 years. Here are a few examples of volunteer opportunities through which you can make a difference:

HELP US EXPAND DEMENTIA CARE: DONATE TO UHS

Since 1970, Union Villa long-term care home has inspired hope and has gone beyond just meeting the needs of our aging community. We provide expert, quality care to ensure the physical, emotional, and personal needs of our residents.

The Unionville Home Society Foundation is the charitable arm of Unionville Home Society and donations received will help expand our dementia friendly program throughout the home. Research has shown that the design of the physical environment and specialized programming can calm the common stressors caused by dementia and enhance the well-being and independence of our residents.

Every gift, no matter what size, will help us deliver on this important initiative.

Together we can provide the experience and compassionate care that transforms ‘getting older’ into ‘aging well and living better.’ This would mean the world to our residents and their families.
