Financial Assistance for Restaurant Delivery
REEF Technology is offering financial assistance to help 10 Miami-Dade restaurants to scale their delivery service!

Awardees of this program will include the following benefits:
  • A NBRHD Kitchens partnership agreement.
  • A marketing campaign valued at $10,000.
  • Mentorship from the NBRHD Kitchens team.
  • Access to NBRHD creative and production resources.
  • A culinary team to build your menu for delivery.
  • Operational resources to make it easy to expand your business.

Miami Beach Race To Trace
Made possible by a grant from The Rockefeller Foundation, the Miami Beach Race to Trace Resource Team is made up of seasoned Florida Department of Health (Miami-Dade County) contact tracers who provide local businesses with services that help keep their employees and customers safe during this challenging time.

Our mission is to provide local hospitality and tourism businesses with confidential contact tracing services, educational materials and health resources to help them protect against and prevent the spread of COVID-19.
  
Services include:

  • Confidential contact tracing
  • Educational materials for businesses and their employees
  • On-site environmental health consulting to help you set up your workplace for optimal spread containment
  • Assistance scheduling COVID-19 appointments at local testing facilities
  • Access to a wealth of COVID-19 health resources from Miami-Dade County including, but not limited to, housing, food and financial assistance
  • Membership to the Pledge to Protect initiative, a voluntary program offering local businesses benefits for their commitment to contact tracing, COVID-19 protocols & employee testing

Emergency Grants Available for Miami Beach Small Businesses
Small businesses in Miami Beach that have been hurt by the pandemic can now apply for up to $20,000 in emergency grant money. The funds can be used to pay for rent, mortgage, utilities, payrolls, operating supplies and other types of business expenses.
 
As a condition of accepting the money, small businesses must retain or create one job filled by a Miami Beach resident of low-to-moderate income or the business must be owned by a low-to-moderate income wage earner. Businesses should be prepared to show 2020 and 2021 business tax receipts, tax returns, bank statements, payroll documents, invoices and proof of payment for eligible expenses.

The grants will be awarded on a first-come, first-qualified basis. Interested businesses are encouraged to review application guidelines and apply here. Applications are currently being accepted.
