Reminder, effective today, July 16, 2020, per our Emergency Order all short-term rentals in the city are closed and prohibited. Short-term and vacation rentals shall cancel all existing reservations, and shall refrain from accepting new guests or making new reservations, until the Order expires or is otherwise amended.

In collaboration with Culture Crusaders , the City of Miami Beach Economic Development Department has created a business survey to collect current operating information.
 
Responses will be used to learn more about your business and your current operations so they can include it in an editorial write-up/directory that will be published on the Culture Crusaders website and disseminated digitally throughout South Florida.

All persons in public spaces and places, both indoors and outdoors, are required to wear facial coverings , as defined in the County’s EO 20-20, as amended. Any person not wearing a facial covering is subject to a $50 civil fine.
