Energy and Water Rebates
Utilities and our partners at Efficiency Works are offering commercial electric and water customers an additional 50% bonus rebate on top of our existing energy and water product rebates.

If you're planning to swap out old lighting, windows, or toilets, upgrade grocery or food service equipment, or you’re interested in ENERGY STAR® roofing, we have options! All upgrades must be submitted by November 15.
Rebates available for Water-wise Landscape Upgrades
Commercial water customers can receive up to $15,000 through the Xeriscape Incentive Program for installing a water-wise landscape project. Plan approval is required prior to installation. Application is open until funds run out. Apply today at fcgov.com/xip. On the fence about a project? Schedule a site visit with staff to talk through potential projects.

Xeriscape and Soil Amendment Policy Update
New landscape standards that promote efficient water use are under consideration. Standards are aimed at protecting the aesthetic, recreational, and environmental resources in Fort Collins. Staff plans to present proposals to City Council for adoption on November 21, 2023.
