IMA optimized for the SWIR range with
an inverted microscope & InGaAs camera
 
IMA™ is an ultrafast and all-in-one customizable hyperspectral microscopy platform of high spatial and spectral resolution. The completely integrated system rapidly maps diffuse reflectance, transmittance, photoluminescence, electroluminescence & fluorescence in the VIS-NIR-SWIR spectral range. Based on high throughput global imaging filters, IMA™ is faster and more efficient than scanning spectrograph-based hyperspectral systems.  
 
 
IMA™ enables complex material analysis such as characterization of solar cells and perovskite, the mapping of composition, stress or defects in materials, the monitoring of spectral information, the changes in the intensity of single emitters, wavelength shifts or spectral bandwidth variations. Imaging from 400 to 1700 nm with a bandwidth of 3 nm, the IMA™ is capable of measuring optoelectrical properties such as Voltage Open Circuit and External Quantum Efficiency and allows precise detection and characterization of defects in materials which is ideal for the quality control of semiconductor devices (GaAs, SiC, CdTe, CIS, CIGS, etc.).

The ATLAS SERIES of Czerny-Turner monochromators provide a customisable range of high quality direct drive scanning monochromator systems. With focal lengths from 150mm to 750mm and multi-grating turret design features we can provide the appropriate system for low, medium and high resolution spectroscopy applications.
 
The ATLAS SERIES of monochromators are highly customisable allowing choice of spectral range and resolution appropriate for the application. These systems are available with focal lengths of 150mm, 300mm, 500mm and 750mm.

The fluoroSENS system is a versatile bench-top fluorimeter with the ultimate in sensitivity - single photon counting. Two standard configurations are available: fluoroSENS MINI & fluoroSENS PRO. However, a fully modular design allows complete control over the configuration with a wide range of light sources, monochromators, sample holders and detectors available. The fluoroSENS system is also easily upgraded from steady-state to time-resolved measurements.

PCO edge 4.2 bi

The pco.edge 4.2 bi is a back illuminated camera sensor with high resolution and a 6.5 x 6.5 μm² pixel size for high-quality images with quantum efficiency up to 95%. The pco.edge 4.2 bi incorporates a powerful USB 3.1 interface, and a flexible cooling system allowing the use of air or water to cool the sensor down to -25 °C. At this temperature, the dark current is reduced to 0.2 e-/pixel/s.

First Light Imaging  
C-RED 3 Camera    
- Very high speed SWaP optimized InGaAS SWIR camera 
 
Specially designed for short exposure times applications, C-RED 3 is the fastest VGA uncooled camera for short wave infrared (SWIR) imaging.  C-RED 3 uses a TECless 640 x 512 InGaAs PIN Photodiode detector with 15 μm pixel pitch for high resolution, which embeds an electronic shutter with integration pulses shorter than 1 μs. Operating from 0.9 to 1.7 µm, C-RED 3 is also capable of windowing and multiple on board functionalities. The software allows real time applications, and the interface is CameraLink full or USB3.

MIPAR - New Innovative, User-Friendly Image Analysis Software 
- for material science 
 
MIPAR is a revolutionary image analysis software, capable of identifying and measuring features from nearly any image one can capture. This user-friendly software enables users to test samples such as nickel, titanium, steel, composites, fibres etc., and develop a Recipe to detect features of interest. The software can then process multiple images with the same Recipe using its powerful 'Batch Processor' function. Once a user has developed a Recipe for an image, it can easily be applied to other similar images in the Batch Processor. The subsequent results can be analysed by making global, feature and local measurements.
