Nelson Mandela Scholarship Fund Exchange Programme

The Mandela Scholarship Fund is available for Exchange and Study Abroad students from South Africa who would like to pursue one semester of their studies at Leiden University in the Netherlands. The scholarship will be awarded for a maximum of 5 months.


SACTWU Bursary Scheme: 2013 applications

The Southern African Clothing and Textiles Workers' Union (SACTWU) manages South Africa's biggest trade union bursary fund. The scheme offers members and their dependents financial support to study at universities, universities of technology and certain other higher education institutions. The next application deadline is 28 February 2013 for full year and 1st semester study.


Myrtle L Aron Bursary Fund Audiology Bursaries

Every year, the South African Speech-Language-Hearing Association offers bursaries for second, third and fourth year Speech Pathology and Audiology students via the Myrtle L Aron Bursary Fund. Applications to this bursary close 31 January 2013.


Athlone Institute Bursary Project Fund Bursaries and Bursary Loans 2013

Athlone Institute Bursary Project Fund (AIBPROF) or Athlone Bursaries are available annually on application, to senior students (2nd, 3rd year etc.) Bursary loans are available to first year students who register for accredited qualifications and who passed their previous year and are permanent residents of Paarl or Mbekweni. The closing date for this year's applications is 9 February 2013.






Engineering bursary with ArcelorMittal South Africa

ArcelorMittal South Africa grants Engineering bursaries for a four year BEng degree at a nominated South African university in mechanical, electrical, chemical, metallurgical, information technology and industrial engineering. The closing dating for applications is 28 February 2013.
