Each month, PCR-3 will recognize staff members who are bringing our Strategic Plan to life by exemplifying one or more of the following strategies: providing meaningful experiences; creating safe, respectful environments; fostering a culture of innovation and excellence; and building collaborative community partnerships.
At the March meeting we recognized the Northland Career Center student services team (Vanessa Broermann, Erica Hopper, Candi Rawlings, and Ron Webster), for their exceptional dedication to supporting students from across the Northland. Their impact includes organizing events like Women in Trades Day, enhancing the Ambassador program and open house experience, and providing daily counseling and support to help students navigate academic and personal challenges. They also strengthen community partnerships and expand opportunities for students through outreach efforts and connections with business and industry partners.
