Lead Pastors’ First Years Cohort

This cohort is for pastors in their first two years of lead ministry. This monthly Zoom gathering (first Tuesday, 2:00–3:30 pm PT) offers friendship, support, and prayer, along with guided discussions on leadership topics such as vision, logistics, and the unique challenges and joys of early pastoral ministry. Disciples Made Here Workshop
The Los Angeles Regional Gathering hosted a Disciples Made Here Workshop at Nova Community Church. This workshop gave our pastors practical steps to help cultivate a culture of everyday disciple making right where people live, work and play.

Training Leaders International: Mexicali
We held our final leadership training in partnership with Training Leaders International (TLI) at Visión de Gracia Church, concluding with the pastoral letter of 2 Timothy. In total, 14 leaders completed all eight sessions, and they expressed great enthusiasm and a strong sense of accomplishment.
The plan is for this church to serve as the headquarters for the new Evangelical Free Church Northern Mexico region. We anticipate a multiplication of these trainings in other churches.
