Greetings, Hope that you are enjoying the City of Lathrup Village's new e-Newsletter! We will still be mailing out the Your Town newsletter, but thought that this was an easy and quick way to share some of the exciting news about what is going on in Lathrup Village. Welcome Christopher Clough! We are very excited to welcome Chris Clough as our new Coordinator for Parks and Recreation! Chris brings many years of experience from Ann Arbor Schools' after school and summer programs and Detroit PAL. He is busy finalizing the line up for an exciting summer concert series! The Lathrup Village City Council hold Study Sessions typically on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month. The starting time of these Study Sessions has been changed to 5:30pm (previously 6:00pm). The meeting are open to the public. Click for April 1, 2019 Study Session Agenda.

Marijuana Ordinance

City Council Meeting voted to adopt an ordinance that would prohibit Marijuana establishments for 18 months. This will allow time for a study group to gather information and make recommendations based on state regulations and the impact in other communities.
