The Lathrup Village Downtown Development Authority (LVDDA) is excited to announce the start of the LVDDA eNewsletter. How is this different than the city's weekly eNewsletters? This is catered to YOU! We wanted a centralized way to get information to our business owners. This quarterly e-newsletter has information specific to business owners in Lathrup Village such as COVID-19 assistance programs & opportunities, business training & workshops (usually free), upcoming events, volunteer opportunities, workshops, grants, and much ore.

City Ordinance requires that all multi-tenant property owners and businesses obtain an annual license. Commercial Landlord License (CLL) renewals were mailed this week and are due by December 31st. The fee is $100 for occupied properties. Business license renewals will be mailed out in the new year. Business license renewals will be mailed out this week. The renewal fee is $25 and the deadline is March 31 each year. Late renewals will be charged a late fee of $45.
