Despite the Shelter in Place order our Youth Promotores are still (virtually) on the move! They have more recently developed a video with tips to help you take care of your body and mind during these uncertain times.

They have also created this culturally responsive, Sonoma County-based, bilingual brochure on how to plan for an emergency. This brochure includes information on what to pack if leaving home is a necessity, where to go in an emergency, and how to plan an escape route from your home. Studies have shown us that preparedness increases resiliency and, therefore, lessens recovery time. The uniqueness of this brochure is that it also has breathing exercises and self-care activities to support mental health during times of crisis.
