NOVEMBER 2020
Latinas have been emerging as prominent leaders in the US, with an increasing number holding top positions at large public companies. Yet many face systemic racism within the workplace. Latinas are among the groups hardest hit by coronavirus-related pay cuts and job losses. They also have the widest gender pay gap in the United States.

How can employers help? Four Catalyst employees share their stories and offer specific takeaways.

Measurement helps drive change, and the right standards are critical. Learn more about how you and your employer can use data to increase the representation of women, particularly women of color, in your organization and build a more inclusive workplace.

The Gender and Diversity KPI Alliance (GDKA) identifies key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure your workforce representation: percentage of representation on an organization’s board, percentage of representation by employee category, and the ratio of compensation by employee category. More than 60 global giants have signed on to GDKA and committed to using the KPIs.
