"Resilience and
Laughter Yoga"

Linda Leclerc, a bubbly and charismatic woman, has been practicing Laughter Yoga professionally since 2003. As the first Master Trainer in Canada, she founded the School of Laughter Yoga in the spring of 2005. She received her training from the founders of the method, Dr. Madan Kataria and Madhuri Kataria. Founder of the HAHA Sisterhoodmc, an international community of women who laugh intentionally, she acts as a resource and speaker within the global organization that brings together more than 10 000 laughter clubs throughout the world.
"Grief and Laughter"

Paul Denniston created Grief Yoga which blends together Hatha, Vinyasa, Kundalini, Restorative, Laughter Yoga and Chakra Dance into a transformative movement experience. Grief Yoga is a practice that's not about physical flexibility, but emotional liberation. A compassionate class to channel and release pain and struggle to open up to more empowerment, love and happiness. Paul has taught Laughter Yoga to thousands of therapists, counselors and health care professionals around the world how to use laughter exercises to help their clients who are in grief.
