Cincinnati Mayor Aftab Pureval and City Council officially launched the process for updating the Green Cincinnati Plan (GCP). The GCP is a comprehensive set of goals and recommendations to address climate change and advance the sustainability, equity and resilience of the city. The process to update the Plan will involve many community stakeholders and provide lots of opportunities for residents, businesses and organizations to weigh in on development of the new 2023 GCP over the coming year. We need your voice to create a community vision!
The City of Cincinnati is looking for innovative strategies to create a City-wide electric vehicle (EV) charging network. The strategies will not only help the City develop plans for a publicly accessible EV charging network, but also help it identify ways to develop a charging network for City-owned vehicles. An important component of the publicly accessible charging network is to ensure that it is distributed in an equitable manner so that residents in each of the City’s 52 neighborhoods can transition to EVs.
