Please find links below for the draft agenda and initial set of materials to read in preparation for the Fall Congregational Meeting on Sunday, October 29, 2023.
As we have shared previously, this will not be a traditional Congregational Meeting! We will be limiting formal business to no more than thirty minutes. We will be spending most of our time together initiating our Mission and Vision Renewal discussions! Please see the link below to the Mission and Vision Flyer, which describes the session.
We will be providing hybrid access to both the formal meeting and to participate in mission and vision break-out sessions. The meeting is planned to run from 11:35 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Click here for the Zoom link.
Tamales will be available for purchase following the church service or plan to bring your own lunch.
