I write to you today with a deep sense of optimism and purpose as we begin an important new chapter at Pace University: the search for our next president.
Pace has long been defined by its commitment to opportunity, innovation, and the success of our students. As we look to the future, we do so from a position of strength—grounded in our mission and energized by the possibilities ahead. This presidential search represents not only a transition in leadership, but also an opportunity to reflect on who we are and where we aspire to go next.
We are committed to conducting a thoughtful and inclusive process and have retained executive search firm Spencer Stuart to help do so. Input from across our community—students, faculty, staff, alumni, and partners—will be essential in shaping the profile of the next leader of Pace. We seek a president who will build upon our momentum, champion our community, and guide us with vision, integrity, and a deep commitment to student success.
