As part of our ongoing commitment to improve City services, we are launching a smartphone app that empowers residents to report issues, identify repair needs, share feedback, and ask questions.
With just a few clicks right from your phone, the new SoMi Connect app allows you to report a code enforcement concern, give us a heads up regarding something happening in our parks, report a broken street light, request a new trash can, alert us to a sidewalk needing repair, or dozens of other concerns and requests.
It's like having City Hall in your pocket! The app will create a collaborative experience between City staff and residents allowing for a clean, safe, and happy community.
