CTR Dog Days of Summer

The CT REALTORS Foundation's 8th annual “Dog Days of Summer” campaign is underway! This year’s campaign will benefit two rescues: No Animal Left Unfed (NALU) and Stamford Animal Shelter Alliance (SASA).
 
Rescues are truly struggling to handle the dramatic increase of pets in need and the rising costs of taking care of them.  Donations will be accepted through Sept. 1.

Explanatory Spanish Form

CTR posted a Spanish version of the Exclusive Right to Represent Buyer Authorization at ctrealtors.com. The form is to help agents working with Spanish speaking clients but is only to be used as an informational resource. Clients must still sign the English version of the form to execute the agreement.
SmartMLS Retiring Matrix This Fall;
Transition to ConnectMLS Now & Take Advantage of Available Training

SmartMLS will be retiring Matrix soon and replacing it with ConnectMLS in the fall. Agents are encouraged to begin transitioning to ConnectMLS now. Members' contacts and saved searches are available in the system, and with a few clicks, Members can tailor ConnectMLS to support their personal workflow. The SmartMLS team will guide this transition while offering lots of training to make it as easy as possible. Check out this FAQ.

To log-in, click the ConnectMLS tile on your dashboard. It is important to become familiar with ConnectMLS before Matrix is removed. Click here to view training sessions and helpful materials.
