Join Our Team as a Part-time Program + Development Manager!

Our team has helped hundreds of people resolve disputes, with experience ranging from the United Nations, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), industry leading non-profits, finance and tech. Everyone was handpicked based on their ingenuity, expertise, and high standards.

The Program + Development Manager is kind of a Jack/Jane/Jae of all trades. This is a great position for someone who loves spreadsheets, has great (written and verbal) communications skills, and can juggle multiple projects at once. The P+DM:
  • monitors potential clients and take care of current clients by maintaining good communications, make sure their needs are met; and
  • keeps our programs running smoothly by liaising with business leaders and making sure our facilitators have the right info and know where/when they are needed; and
  • helps the company grow by helping to create and implement campaigns to connect with the right people at the right time.
