Leadership Development in a safe, supportive, confidential space - this is needed now

2020 has brought much uncertainty, disruption, distributed leadership, financial challenges and more. Then consider the Leaders Circle program.

Program Overview:
Monthly meetings (2-3 hrs) September through May (may be held virtually or in person)
6-10 nonprofit executives (matched by role/org size) for each circle + a skilled volunteer facilitator
Participants commit to meeting real time challenges and offering real life solutions through their real-life experiences
Meetings are confidential, supportive, and create a cycle of learning, sharing, achieving & accountability
Circle Member Expectations:
Show up - make a commitment to your circle colleagues by making your meetings a priority on your calendar
Speak up - ask powerful questions to help members find their own insight
Grow up - be prepared to hold yourself and each other accountable for your learning and actions

Participation Fees:
The cost to participate in the 2020-2021 Leaders Circle has been generously subsidized by our sponsor, Flynn & Company. All individuals will pay only $50 for this Sept.-May program.

Cancellation Policy:
Deadline to cancel is August 10th. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after the deadline.
