The Orange County Human Trafficking Task Force - led by Waymakers and the Anaheim Police Department- has released its 2025 Human Trafficking Victims Report.
The report reveals a deeply troubling trend: children are now the fastest-growing group of human trafficking victims in Orange County. Over the past three years, half of all identified victims were under the age of 18, with the youngest just six years old. The average age of children being forced into sex work or labor is now 14 - meaning many victims are even younger.

The room was filled with energy, connection, and purpose as justice-impacted job seekers, volunteers, employers, and community partners gathered for a day focused on rebuilding careers and confidence.
