This is a reminder that March 1st is a major Diocesan deadline for two important documents due into the Diocese from every congregation: the 2023 Congregation Leadership Report, and the 2022 Parochial Report. You can find information about each of these items below.

Annual Congregational Leadership Reports -- Due March 1st

Each year, congregations must file their annual leadership report with the Diocesan Office which updates vestry officers and members, along with various other leadership positions.

This year, we have made the leadership report available to fill out online, here for parishes and aided parishes. Click here to fill out online for mission congregations.

We prefer and encourage online submissions, but if you choose to fill forms out by hand rather than digitally, you can find printable versions below. Please complete the form clearly in print, not cursive.

The Episcopal Church Parochial Report website – http://reports.dfms.org – is now open for filing reports, which are due March 1, 2023. Line-by-line instructions, including a helpful video, are available on the General Convention website here. 

The Diocese of Kentucky has an additional form: Report of Congregation’s Assets, Liabilities and Insurance. It is called the Supplemental Page this year and can be found here. This form is not on the Episcopal Church website, so please scan and email it to me at kayswilkinson@msn.com or send it to me through regular U.S. mail at
