3-Day Workshop Experience 
The Leadership Challenge® is an intense and interactive three-day program that helps you tap into your personal leadership skills through a variety of activities. Leadership Council, in partnership with  Camp Joy  and  International Leadership Associates (ILA) , is pleased to invite you to the Leadership Challenge® Workshop, to be held at Camp Joy  April 21-23, 2020.
Facilitator, Steve Coats will lead this workshop is based on the worldwide best-selling book, The Leadership Challenge, recognized as one of the top business books of all times.

Some of What You Will Learn:

  • Build your own leader credibility, to strengthen others' belief in you.
  • Inspire others around a common vision of the future.
  • Create and try out new approaches, needed for growth within your organization.
  • Increase others' capabilities, so they can accomplish greater results.
  • Apply the leadership practices to a current business challenge.

As an added benefit, each participant will be able to receive personal coaching on his/her 360 feedback, as a follow-up to the session.

The tuition for the program is $3,000, but thanks to the Leadership Council, ILA, Camp Joy and PNC Charitable Trust, the  cost is only $600 for LC members . All food, overnight lodging and workshop expenses are included.

We encourage you to respond promptly as the program is limited to  20 participants  and a max of 3 people per organization.

Cancellation Policy:
Deadline to cancel is April 1, 2020. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after the deadline. Payment is due prior to the event. No shows will be billed. Note: If you are unable to attend you may send someone in your place.
About the Facilitator:
Steve Coats is a Master Certified Leadership Challenge facilitator. He has taught, coached and consulted with executives and managers in several countries around the world. Steve focuses his work on leadership and team development, personal growth, change, and business strategy. He helps individuals and teams identify and resolve key issues that impede effectiveness in order to achieve remarkable results.
