Leadership Council, in partnership with Camp Joy and International Leadership Associates (ILA), is pleased to invite you to the Leadership Challenge┬« Workshop, to be held at Camp Joy  April 22-24, 2019.

Facilitator, Steve Coats will lead this workshop is based on the worldwide best-selling book,  The Leadership Challenge , recognized as one of the top business books of all times.

  • Build your own leader credibility, to strengthen others' belief in you.
  • Inspire others around a common vision of the future.
  • Create and try out new approaches, needed for growth within your organization.

The tuition for the program is $3,000, but thanks to the Leadership Council, ILA & Camp Joy, the cost is only $600 for LC members.  All food, overnight lodging and workshop expenses are included.

We encourage you to respond promptly as the program is limited to  20 participants and a max of 3 people per organization.

    Cancellation Policy:
     Deadline to cancel is April 1, 2019.  No  refunds will  be given for cancellations                         received  after the deadline. Payment is due prior to the  event. No shows will                         be  billed.  Note: If you are  unable to attend you may  send someone in your place.
About the Facilitator

Steve Coats i s a certified Leade rship Challenge facilitator. He has taught, coached and consulted with executives and managers in several countries around the world. Steve focuses his work on leadership and team development, personal growth, change, and business strategy. He helps individuals and teams identify and resolve key issues that impede effectiveness in order to achieve remarkable results.
