From what we see, most employers maintain a clearly-stated "no tolerance" policy when they find a job applicant has lied, exaggerated, or misrepresented credentials in any way ... and the employer immediately eliminates that applicant from further consideration. If you maintain such a policy, be sure your underlying background check and verification information is reliably correct, sufficiently detailed, and thorough. And, always give the applicant a chance to respond to the information you've generated.    For FCRA-compliant employment and tenancy screening, contact Doris Hebert-Ferrigno at NRG Background Checks.  941-488-8500;  800-531-6522;   nrginfo@atlantic.net

Two guys are driving in the countryside. One says, "Tiger Wood... isn't he famous or something?"
"Yeah, I think he plays golf or something."
"Does he have a brother named Fire who's in jail?"
"I don't know. Why?"
"I just saw a sign that said 'FREE FIRE WOOD!'"
