Two years ago, right after our 2020 Securing the Future Conference, we entered new territory as the pandemic disrupted our world. As nonprofit leaders we “pivoted” more times than we care to count, we adjusted to increased demand, we juggled multiple priorities hour by hour, day by day, now month by month without any kind of a playbook. What have we learned about ourselves and our resilience?
As we get to the “other side” of what is now an endemic, we have a chance to step away as we prepare our steps forward and courageously shape the future by daring and doing. Our Securing the Future Conference is a time to reflect, learn, connect and celebrate our resiliency, especially given these past two challenging years. Our keynote speaker, Pearl Alexander is just the right person to lead us on this discussion. Pearl is a Certified Brene' Brown Dare to Lead™ and Daring Way™ facilitator, as well as a human capital strategist, executive coach, and transformation expert. In her interactive keynote address, she will help us all visualize a new leadership paradigm that will leave us more connected with our true selves and provide techniques to lead with greater self-compassion and empathy.

Please join me and hundreds of others who need these messages of hope & resilience as we courageously shape the future! REGISTER HERE
