One of the best things about this role is meeting our members and finding out what they're proud of, what keeps them up at night, and what they value about their Leadership Council membership. Year over year, more than 80% of you renew your membership, and dozens of new organizations join.
Members have shared how much they value high-quality, affordable leadership development programs, peer networks, and timely training, along with cost savings. Your membership investment is quickly offset by cost savings you can realize. Best of all, your membership covers everyone in your organization!

- Advancing equity for BIPOC nonprofit leaders through dues support, BOLD scholarships, and a coaching partnership with Flywheel
- Member listing, sorted by cause, and job board on our website to help donors, jobseekers, and potential partners find you
- An EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) nonprofit cohort working to adopt and implement the system
