That’s right, it’s membership time! If you’re reading this, you know that Leadership Council offers a wide variety of programs and benefits to support the region's nonprofit economy. But you get the most benefit from the network when you become a member – more programming, more discounts, and access to individual support when you need it.

But don’t take my word for it. Here’s a recent note from Megan Milstead, Founder & CEO of COVERD Greater Cincinnati:

I signed up for every training and networking event that LC offered and quickly started learning the basics on topics ranging from HR and legal to finance and people management. Membership is give and take – we each have so much to learn from each other, from small to large organizations, and newbies to veterans. Some things coming in 2025 for all types of organizations include nonprofit workforce development, focus on AI, new cost-savings options (see below), and more networking. Whether you’re considering joining or already member, feel free to sign up for a brief virtual orientation to get the most of your membership.

To respond to a recent question about fees: It goes without saying that everything costs more these days. We work hard to keep your dues and program fees accessible, including sponsors, grants, and generous subject matter experts, but there are still direct costs for programs and to operate Leadership Council sustainably. We’re grateful for your support and participation and always happy to answer questions about our business model.
